Ministry suggests zero duties on ships for TurkStream, N Stream 2
MOSCOW, Mar 26 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Energy Ministry has suggested freeing imports of ships that build the TurkStream and Nord Stream-2 pipelines from import duties and taxes, according to a draft ruling published on Tuesday on the website for disclosure of legal regulations.
Taxes and duties will not be introduced on the goods that the ships transport if their import and use are temporary, the draft read.
